Well hello there and welcome to my World!
My name is Aleesha and I’m 22 years old and living in Rockhampton while I study a Graduate Diploma in Learning and Teaching. I wish to be a secondary teacher, with dance and drama as my chosen fields.
So after initially feeling that I was quite computer illiterate...I pushed myself (sat in the uni library all day) and found that I was just being extremely lazy and impatient. So...by taking the time to personalise my blog, I have actually created something I like and want to continue to persist at and expand.
I must admit that I am no wiz at technology. I like it and see the need for it in today’s society but I haven’t exactly kept my skills up to date...
YES I still have a brick Nokia, YES I have one of the first versions of an iPod and YES I still have a box TV, sitting in my lounge room (not working) as I still don’t have a set top box. OOPS!

But I am slowly getting there and the subject ‘ICT’s for Learning Design’ is going to help me reach my goal of bringing myself up to date with technology and using it to generate interest in the classroom/learning site.
So hopefully I have kept your interest until this far, and I shall blog at a later date.
